Delete your account

In the app, straight away

1. Open Veriride and sign in.
2. Tap your initial at the top right (You), then Settings, then What we keep about you.
3. Tap Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

It happens at once. If an emergency is still running, end it first.

No longer have the app?

Email us from the address you signed in with, or tell us the phone number you use, at info@veriridesa.com. We confirm it is your account, delete it within 30 days, and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile and sign-in, your emergency contacts, your medical card, your “if I go missing” pack, your safe words, your walks and rides, your emergencies with their locations and recordings, your check-ins, your place in a family circle, and every photo you uploaded, including a driver’s documents.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of checks another person was part of are kept until their 12 months are up, because they are that person’s record too. Reports you made about a driver are kept, because the driver was investigated on them. Nothing else is kept.

A paid plan is not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel it in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions.
